Modern Military Soundwave

I got the idea for this when I was sketching Soundwave as a tank, and realized he never gets a good Military alt mode. He’s always a “communication truck,” so I went and pulled up my favorite LSV, Light Scout Vehicle, and started mapping parts into this picture.
